Polari Pro lamps are guaranteed for 6 months, no matter how many hours they were in use.
Polari Eco lamps are guaranteed for 3 months, no matter how many hours they were in use.
Procedure in the warranty case:
Please register a warranty claim via eMail.
Please enclose the invoice with the return (or copy) and send the defective goods, well packed back to us.
We will have the goods checked and will send you a new one as soon as possible in case of warranty.
Notes for the warranty case:
The guarantee always starts from the date of invoice.
The present manufacturer's warranty is voluntarily accepted.
In the case of a guarantee, the warranty period will not be extended and will not set a new deadline.
If the warranty claim occurs during the warranty period, the buyer will not be charged for the warranty service, except for the costs of returning the goods.
The goods must arrive within the warranty period but no later than 5 days after our arrival.
The warranty covers any material or workmanship failure of the lamp under the following conditions:
The projector will operate under normal conditions of use as described in the respective manual of the projector.
The detailed instructions in the operating instructions given under the "Warranty conditions" section of the projector must be observed. This usually belongs.
